The book serves as a specialized reference targeting practitioners in the coffee sector\u2014particularly those working in roasteries and supply chains. It offers scientific and practical content covering the stages of roasting, its tools, chemical reactions, and sensory evaluation techniques, along with simplified recipes for beginners and a technical glossary of terms.<\/p>

The book was published through the Samawy digital publishing platform and is considered one of the key achievements of the Coffee Trading Services Center under Madar Al-Tahawul.
